A creative duo with a sustainable ethos
Pilar Rodríguez and Ismael Fernández Solà is the couple behind this intimate, gastronomic hideaway in Barcelona where the menu revolves around wild-caught, locally sourced fish and seafood, local, organic fruits and vegetables and ethically sourced meat. This somewhat diehard approach rules out e.g. poultry, along with anything processed, frozen or poured from a can. Instead, guests are invited to feast on a contemporary menu, prepared from utterly fresh ingredients, served with low-intervention wines.
