Size isn’t everything
It’s hard to believe they serve up to seventy guests a night from a kitchen just 2.5 m² in size — tucked behind a bar that runs along the wall. Despite the constraints, everything is made in-house, except for the bread, which comes from a nearby bakery. Unsurprisingly, the menu is short — and their commitment to seasonal, local produce is both clear and deliberate. What leaves the kitchen is rustic and playful, ranging from the simple to the more technically ambitious — always built on quality ingredients.
Sustainability highlights
- Open seven days a week, run by a tight-knit team of seven
- Ingredients are local and seasonal, by principle
- A natural-leaning wine list, mostly from nearby producers
