Amidst exposed brick walls, the Teòric team serves up the opportunity to enjoy contemporary, Catalan cuisine at a very competitive price: the short menu now costs €50 and the long menu €65. The food is creatively cooked, each dish comprising local, ecological delicacies from the surrounding sea and mountains, with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Furthermore, the kitchen takes care to work in a zero-waste manner, keeping close ties to its farmers and fishermen.
