Modern and simple yet firmly rooted in tradition – this tavern in the Poble Sec-district may be small and quiet, yet it manages to sum up North Spanish gastronomy in 2025. The ten-course tasting menu emphasises sustainable vegetables and locally caught fish and seafood, with an interesting, primarily natural wine-list to match. From the open kitchen, guests are able to follow the meticulous work of chefs and owners Javier San Vicente and David López, while enjoying the service of the attentive front-of-house.
