For the love of umami
With a kitchen rooted in French tradition, tweaked through Japanese and Nordic techniques, Loumi offers some truly original gastronomy, brought to life in an open kitchen, allowing guests to admire thefingerspitzengefühl of the chefs. A large percentage of the ingredients are locally sourced; while the kitchen team also has a close connection with small-scale French farmers and fishermen. Furthermore, they are self-proclaimed sauce-lovers – and who isn’t?
