The same local focus shapes the room, with a large artwork by a local artist, and textiles and details sourced just minutes away. Wines come solely from small-scale biodynamic producers in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, reinforcing a cuisine that feels precise rooted and quietly progressive.
