Groundbreaking
CODA combines bold flavours with a restrained, precise expression. Led by chef and co-owner René Frank, the kitchen works almost entirely with local, organic produce, shaped by his background as a pastry chef where sweet and savoury often blur. With a team of thirteen serving around twenty-five guests, the restaurant prioritises collective decision-making, fair shifts and transparent working hours. Sustainability here is as much about people as produce; thoughtful, consistent and deeply rooted in responsibility.
