One of a kind
Chef-cum-pioneer Eddie Shepherd continues to push boundaries with his artistic take on plant based cooking, while gaining online stardom by highlighting how unusual ingredients such as blue algae miso can be transformed into a dinner that will have your friends intrigued. This is very much a one-man-show, but it is also sustainable and contemporary cooking at its best. And although the restaurant only has room for eight diners, the feeling as we devour our set “Botanical menu” is relaxed and informal rather than exclusive – as it should be. Exemplary!
