Dining at Osip is a beautiful experience from start to finish. The light and tranquility give a sacred touch to the meticulously renovated old farm. The menu is altered on a daily basis, depending on what is foraged by the restaurant team on their own, nearby farm. When the tasting menu begins to trickle in, flavours, textures and visuals come across as tiny embodiments of the magnificent Sommerset landscape surrounding us. Yes, Chef Merlin Labron-Johnson has indeed created a unique, albeit polished version of heaven.
