The not-so-secret garden
Grace & Savour places sustainability at the core of its operation, integrating environmental responsibility into every stage of the dining experience. Around 80–90% of produce is sourced from organic, biodynamic, or regenerative farms, with strong, direct relationships with farmers forming a central part of the restaurant’s ethos. The restaurant also works closely with its on-site kitchen garden, allowing ingredients to be grown, harvested, and used with minimal transport, reduced waste, and full traceability.
