The team at Bowley’s has been leading the restaurant since 2020, and though Alex and Grace Yates are not yet 30, they possess the knowledge and experience to run such an ambitious establishment. The cooking is creative and exploratory, flavor-driven and aesthetically pleasing. Their extensive network of farmers, fishermen, and growers is essential for operating a restaurant at this level.
