At Encanto, vegetables take centre stage in a tasting menu that feels confident and precise. As part of owner José Avillez’s mission to promote Portuguese gastronomy, the restaurant earned its Michelin Star in its opening year and the Green Michelin Star in 2025. Led by head chef Diogo Formiga, the kitchen presents twelve seasonal moments celebrating small Portuguese farmers and exceptional produce. Thoughtful, technically sharp and genuinely delicious.
