A highly personal trattoria
Far from the tourist crowds in the city center, we find this original, highly personal trattoria. Chef and owner Sarah Cicolini is clear about her ambitions: there is no place for mediocrity! Great care is taken with the ingredients, as well as with the choice of farmers and growers selected as suppliers. This is a warm and heartfelt restaurant, down-to-earth, genuine and in our view one of Rome’s most worthwhile dining destinations.
