Despite its small size, Odense is fully entitled to brag about some ambitious restaurants. Restaurant Vår is located in central Odense, in a space that sometimes has an oversized feel. The kitchen is run by Jacob Brumølle Jensen, formerly at Kadeau. The produce mainly comes from farmers and growers in Fyn which are often organic and biodynamic. The service is friendly, accommodating, well-informed, and keen to highlight the produce’s origin. Respect!
