The Little Pickle
The newly opened The Little Pickle is scaled-back and natural – wooden floors, peg chairs, exposed brick, and visible industrial fixtures. If you’ve been to St. John in London and enjoyed it, you will also enjoy The Little Pickle. Even the food feels very Fergus Henderson – rustic, uncomplicated dishes which still fascinate with their confident approach and creative way of combining ingredients and textures. Much of the menu consists of local and organic produce and all parts of the animal. Equally impressive is their work behind the scenes, where the owners are keen to emphasize the importance of staff welfare and development.
