Well, for starters, they’re now working with an organic poultry supplier that has fantastic-tasting chicken and a climate-positive approach. All coffee is now certified organic, and the restaurant has set more ambitious goals for reducing food waste. Tèoric operates with the view that restaurants have a responsibility to communicate about sustainability with everyone, from farmers and suppliers to employees and guests—a responsibility more restaurants should embrace.
