This family-run farm restaurant on Gotland abstains from having a set menu. Instead, they work with the produce available daily, delivered by collaborating farmers on the island. Curt Niklasson at Sigsarve Lamm in Näs, Magnus and Anneli at Gotland Creamery in Sanda, and Fredrik Willstrand from Buttlegrisen in Buttle, to name a few of their trusted producers. The phrase “Don’t buy food from strangers” also applies to their beverage options, where they wholeheartedly focus on beer and spirits from local producers alongside natural wines from well-established contacts in Europe. From January 2023 onwards, they will have an in-house gardener who will care for and streamline the development of their farm.
