Signum

At the end of the road, approximately 20 minutes outside of Gothenburg, you will find restaurant Signum beautifully placed by the water. During short time, this new restaurant has achieved top placements on various heavyweight lists and guides. Here, it’s classic fine dining: beautiful, flavor-driven, and produce-oriented. Through their three own farms – two on land and one at sea – Signum aims to control and follow how the quality of their produce evolves. A nearby hydroponic indoor farm provides the kitchen with herbs, flowers, salad, kale, sorrel, and rapeseed leaves. Front of house or kitchen?
