Sekel

When Linda Stenman-Langhoff and Filip Langhoff closed their acclaimed restaurant Ask in 2019, the future seemed uncertain. At the beginning of August 2022, nearly two years later, they were finally ready to launch Restaurant Sekel. It is intended as a tribute to the food, drink, craftsmanship, and culture from the previous century. As a guest, you can expect to be presented with classical cooking techniques, such as tranching, flaming, and other culinary theatrics. On the other hand, their view on produce is not as old-school – the Langhoff couple is known for their uncompromising standards around local and organic produce. This includes everything from food and drink to clothing, furniture, and textiles.
