A family affair
Tucked away in an ancient backyard in the centre of Stockholm lies Oxenstiernan’s tiny, circular universe that also includes its collaborators: the biodynamic farmers, the gatherers, the bee-charmer, the circular fish breeders, and so on. These are highlighted in the menu as if they were family and friends. Aesthetics plays a large role, local craftsmen contribute to everything from furniture to expressive tableware. Meat is of less importance, only occasionally appearing alongside the vegetable dishes. Idyllic and delicious.
