Retro 60s-70s living room
After a fire in the late 1800s, this building became home to the renowned actress Ida Aalberg. Today, it houses a school, a research center, and Restaurant Elm. The dining room’s interior takes you back to the 60s and 70s, designed as a welcoming and lively living room. The kitchen prepares dishes inspired by Southern European cuisine—plates meant to be shared among guests, creating a dining experience in good company. It’s simple, rustic, and crafted with high-quality ingredients.
