Sune
76-80
Quality on the plate, quality in the glass
Broadway Market, in East London, right by the canal, is home to the newly opened Sune (pronounced Sooner), which serves small creative dishes made from high-quality ingredients. It’s fun, familiar, friendly, and very tasty. Above all, we are impressed by the front-of-house team, who are both relaxed and knowledgeable about the food and the drinks. Yes, there’s a focus on sustainability, but it’s not boasted about openly. Here, the quality of the ingredients gets all attention — and that goes a long way!
