On the way to something really big

There is a quiet, almost reverent atmosphere inside Restaurant St. Barts. Perhaps because it’s located just next door to the Priory Church of St Bartholomew the Great and the fabulously beautiful architecture is so close that it’s part of the dining room. Or maybe the sacred mood comes from the low-key, personal professionalism of the front-of-house team. This is a cohesive gastronomic experience, where every little detail contributes to the whole. The furniture, plates, glasses, cutlery, and interior decoration of the restaurant are all British. The food and drinks also have domestic origins. The aim is to support and promote British craftsmen, artists, and farmers. The dishes presented feel thoughtful, well-balanced, detailed, and driven by flavor. Anyone looking for a gastronomic flaw at Restaurant St. Barts  will be disappointed.
