A wine and food bar offering natural wines by the glass paired with delicious dishes—that’s the brief description of Capo in Aarhus. In the longer version, we must highlight the farms Sommergrønt, Yduns Have, and Troldgården, which supply Capo with organic ingredients. The service is genuine and personal, as if an extension of the food on the plate and the drinks in the glass.
