A hidden gem; anonymous and confident
Restaurant Europa is a small part of something bigger, both figuratively and literally. The relatively new restaurant is located in an industrial area and shares space with both a bar and a pizza restaurant. At its long, winding bar counter, 26 guests can take a seat in front of the chefs. Here, sustainable food and drink is seen as “common sense.” Even if it doesn’t seem like a big deal, we think the restaurant is worth highlighting. The gastronomy is honest and creative, and we would like to see more restaurants follow this approach.
