Guests are first allured to 4850 (located at Camperstraat 48-5) by the coffee and wine, only to discover a restaurant offering small, simple, and often vegetable-driven dishes prepared with sure-handedness and creativity. The kitchen actively works on different methods to save and preserve food. “Fermentation is a friend,” says the chef, and it shows on the menu!
