Re-Naa
A michelin star restaurant that prioritizes the local and the natural. Partly because they believe the quality is better and partly because they want to avoid the long transports. This restaurant has two stars in Guide Michelin; the ingredients are gratefully handled, and the flavors are driven, high, and resilient. Gastronomically, you feel more urban than rustic – the role models (we guess) can be found in the Nordics and southern Europe. The management at Re-naa shows excellent commitment to the staff and the management of interns and apprentices. The bigger you are, the kinder you have to be, as Pippi Longstocking is supposed to have said.
