Gastronomically speaking, this is one of the most interesting spots in Tallinn Old Town. The dishes are not only beautiful to the eye, but they’re also thoughtful, well-prepared, and driven by flavor. There’s no shying away from odd cuts of meat or unusual produce. And even though the kitchen maintains a high level of quality, the prices are kept reasonably low. Clearly, there are above-average ambitions regarding transparency and sustainability, yet little is openly shared or discussed.
