Helsinki forest-to-table cuisine, where they fill both their kitchen and their Instagram account with fantastic produce from the Finnish pantry. Their philosophy is “From Start to Finish” and is all about making as much as possible themselves, not only when it comes to food. Everything is to be local and retrieved from the wild: mushrooms, herbs, berries, and game – always using all parts of the animal. The tableware is produced together with artisan potter Mari Paikkari who makes the plates by hand one at a time, making each one a unique piece of art.
