Mimosa
66-70
Familial and welcoming
The simple, everyday menu at Mimosa is filled with traditional Estonian dishes. The front-of-the-house staff are pleasant and happy to explain both the idea behind the dishes and the origin of the ingredients. Mimosa strives to source its ingredients from a large network of local growers and suppliers, although prices have increased over the past year. A lot of energy has also been spent on recycling and reducing food waste, which feels particularly urgent in tough economic times.
Sustainability highlights
- Purchases large amounts of local produce
- Uses increasingly biodegradable and recyclable material
- Serves dishes cooked from scratch
