When Lore Bistro opened during the pandemic, there were certain ambitions and dreams its founders wanted to achieve. In the years since then, the team at Lore has become wiser and more experienced, and many of those goals have been realized. The percentage of ingredients from local sources has increased, food waste has decreased, and the expertise of the staff is on a whole other level from just a few years ago. Well done!
