”L’on suive une autre route qu’eux”
At the corner of Rue Longue Vie, this space once housed an Indian restaurant. And if we hadn’t known the name of the street, we might have thought it belonged to the place itself. The bohemian Le Longue Vie — “The Long Life” — is a celebration of longevity in every sense. The walls are built from salvaged materials, as are the clusters glowing lamps. Wine bottles find new life as candleholders — and they are plentiful. The menu shifts with the seasons, using ingredients from Belgian micro-farms and meat from Carnivale. Here, individuality is embraced — seeking not perfection, but soul.
