If the staff is not feeling good and able to grow, it doesn’t matter how sustainable the produce is. Lago is a Mediterranean restaurant and a natural wine bar located along Copenhagen’s lakes. The dishes are well-composed, simple, and relevant to the carefully curated wine list.
