At the ever-popular restaurant located in the southernmost part of Sweden, they’ve put the brakes on and slowed down their pace. Today it’s more focused and restrained – an entirely new concept that allows the chefs more time with the produce and the guests. Hörte Brygga has a unique network of farmers and growers: well-established relations which live up to the owners’ high demands, only searching for organic or biodynamic produce. The vast majority is local: milk from Gunnaröds Gård, vegetables from Beddinge, Hyllie or Kristianstad and cheese from Vita Geten, Wrångebäck and Vilhelmsdals Gårdsmejeri. Hörte Brygga is designed as a tribute to these producers, and you can taste it!
