In the heart of the royal forest of Marselisborg, this restaurant occupies the former staff quarters of the neighboring Royal Palace. The first Michelin star came in 2015, and the second in 2022. Chef Wassim Hallal is a gastronomical paradox: minimalistic and restrained in its expression but simultaneously powerful, creative, and fearless – an extension of Hallal himself. This is a technical gastronomy presented with local, first-class produce from the area. The wine list is extensive, with around 1800 wines, primarily by conventional winemakers, but you will find biodynamic and organic masterpieces too.
