Creative, spontaneous, whimsical, energetic; Flamme is a newly opened restaurant that seems to resist categorization. They follow their own guiding principles, ones oriented towards responsibility, quality, and respect for farmers and growers. The menu changes with the seasons, highlighting smaller producers from the local area. The wine list features natural wines from southern Europe, while the beer comes mostly from smaller local producers and all non-alcoholic drinks are produced in-house.
