A chef with a garden
Elements, the restaurant at Indrani Lodge located just an hour’s drive south of Brussels, is run by chef Jérémy Wiame, who uses access to the restaurant’s own garden to create unique culinary experiences. Approximately three fourths of all the vegetables served are cultivated directly on-site. Reflecting a deep commitment to seasonality and sustainability, every ingredient in Elements’ nature-inspired dishes is sourced from the surrounding region, allowing the menu to align closely with the rhythms of the local landscape.
Sustainability highlights
- Produce their own heat and electricity with solar panels
- Only serves ingredients grown in Belgium
- Makes most of the beverages themselves, using ingredients from the garden
- Has a wine list that’s 100 percent natural wines and high turnover due to small producers
