What happens when two alumni from Copenhagen’s Noma and The Jane in Belgium open a restaurant together? Something like this! Here, guests are offered mindful and thought-provoking gastronomy that’s served with a sure hand. The cooking oscillates between simple fine dining and sophisticated bistro food. It’s stylish, tasty, and very enjoyable. As an added bonus, the dining room is one of the nicest in Amsterdam!
