Plant-based neo-bistro with its heart in the right place
The Swedish cookbook author Nina Olsson saw the green gastronomic wave coming long before many others. When she opened her restaurant and wine bar Chez Nina in Amsterdam, it was a natural extension of herself. Here, generous, green dishes are served that can be shared by the whole table. It feels lively, creative, and engaging — both on the plate and in the glass.
