Small, personal, and ambitious
It was a dream come true when childhood friends Luka and Marius opened Chez Luma in the fall of 2022. This is a small restaurant with lofty ambitions; they all rest on a foundation of values that feels at once modern and relevant to the restaurant industry in 2023. They value the small-scale, the qualitative, the natural; at the same time, there are limits to what two people can handle. Here, most things are built on personal relationships, with both industry colleagues and with the farmers and growers who supply the kitchen with vegetables, herbs, fish, and meat.
