Bhoga
Bhoga in Gothenburg is an excellent example of sustainability, not only being short-term projects and posts on social media but about the long-term and systematic work behind the scenes. The restaurant has clear goals around their produce and their staff, alongside well-established relations with tried-and-true suppliers: Blekaslätten, Lida Fårfarm, Hägareds Gård, Olsegården, and Lilla Labäck, to name a few. The menu focuses on greens, with a few elements of meat and seafood. In their ambitious sustainability policy, they touch on everything from choice of suppliers, staff development, materials, and energy use, along with food waste, which is kept to a minimum thanks to all the guests pre-ordering menus in preparation for their visit.
