Carmen from Andalusia and Povel from Skåne in Sweden met at Bar Brutal and, soon after, decided to start a restaurant together. The result is an intimate, relaxed space with a focus on small-scale craftsmanship, drawing on a vibrant, honest, and creative menu. Bandini’s chooses to serve natural wines, often from smaller, more unknown producers. The non-alcoholic beverage selection consists of their own creations, of which the fermented tomato juice stands out! The dialogue at Bandini’s feels open and direct, more like friends running a restaurant together. The organization is flat; no titles and no differences in pay and benefits. Everyone is equal here!
