Bandini’s
A neighborhood restaurant with high ambitions
Founders Povel Berg and Carmen Navarro Martin continue to develop their small bistro, where natural wines and flavorful dishes are central. The restaurant uses a flat and inclusive organizational structure to involve and engage all employees. A smaller sister location will soon be opening next door and, among other things, help further the sustainability efforts at Bandini’s. The additional space will provide the necessary room for enhancing food waste reduction as well as increasing storage for fermented and preserved ingredients.
