But in terms of the ambitions in the kitchen, Arakataka is rather a restaurant that should be described as both driven and demanding. The wine menu consists of smaller, family-owned producers, often making organic or biodynamic wines. Although their ratio of organic produce is increasing, the focus is on local produce.
