When you arrive, you only see the greenhouse, graceful and beautiful, but at the same time, nothing out of the ordinary. Äng is a tribute to the nature and produce of the Hallandian soil. Chef Filip Gemzell doesn’t just surround himself with fantastic nature but also with people who share his values. When they moved to the new location, they updated most aspects of the restaurant. The staff was doubled, including a more transparent leadership with more structure and new guidelines. The sustainability ambitions were likewise elevated, resulting in Äng performing at the highest level in the 360°Eat Guide.
