Passionate duo promoting sustainable gastronomy
This restaurant in Gràcia, or — even more correctly — in Barri d’El Coll, is unusual in many ways, not just its geographical location far from the attractions and tourist traps. Owners Fabio and Roser execute their vision with consistency and passion. The restaurant is open about its high ambitions and often acts as a representative for sustainable gastronomy in Catalonia. The cooking feels rustic and down-to-earth, always with a connection to Italian (Fabio) or Catalan (Rose). Regarding a new venture planned for next year, the duo says: “We think there will be great progress here, and we’re looking forward to it.”
