Here, staff turnover is low, with the most recent hire already having worked there for four years, an impressive feat in our industry. Even the attitude towards sustainability is natural and relaxed. They maintain an overview of their produce and try to substitute imported products with local ones, only use MSC-certified fish, and include as many Swedish beverage options as possible. The wines are primarily natural, where flavor and quality are the deciding factors.
