Agger Darling

This charming, personable restaurant in Agger Harbor, close to the national park Thy in northern Jylland, is run with great enthusiasm for its environment, regardless of its produce or employees. The restaurant is a learning school for the area’s young eager to work in the industry, and many get their first job here. The relationships with the area’s farmers feel familiar. Sure, many smaller producers lack authorized certifications, but it doesn’t really matter when they put higher expectations on themselves than the certificates do.
