Loud music and smoke create the ambiance for this dusky room that reminds us of a youth recreation center, while a vast amount of unexpected and luxurious dishes are served at a fast-pace tempo. You eat from your hand, get fed, and are served sauce from a syringe. It’s daring, challenging and decadent, and always tasty. The way this restaurant works with produce and personnel is, however, a lot less impulsive, but rather carefully thought through.
