This is the mothership in the small Re-naa family – and it is splendid, both when it comes to delivering beautifully tasting and looking dishes, and treating any resource with the utmost respect. For instance, the staff – including numerous interns – regularly participate in slaughtering and harvesting. Food, furniture, and china are bought locally, and the hyperlocal ingredients are almost exclusively organic.
